We do our best to fulfil your order as soon as possible. Each order must be confirmed by a Customer Service Representative. If you haven’t received an email confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us.
Yes, delivery is available within the EU. Shipping costs are determined on a case-by-case basis.
Your order may be picked up, after prepayment, from the Synthos warehouse located at ul. Chemików 1, Oświęcim.
Provide the details of your driver(s) to the Customer Service team, including:
- Driver’s full name
- Driver’s identity-card number
- Vehicle-registration number
- Driver’s phone number for contact
- Preferred pick up time
